The beachfront community of Costa Del Sol is located in the middle of the pristine hotel zone 8 miles south of the city right at the second largest reefs in the world.   This desirable community has primarily luxury villas that are tropical in style with its own pier for personalized dive, snorkel, para-sailing and fishing boat pickup.  You will find homes that range in size from 2500 to 4100 square feet.  Most homes are 3 and 4 bedrooms with en-suite private bathrooms.  You will find that many homes are situated equal distance from the pool and beach with plenty of palm trees and tropical shrubs.

    Casa Colorado is a home away from home. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is immaculate, with all the comforts and more than you would expect. The rooms are spacious, well-lit and extremely comfortable – you could stay in any room and be in heaven! The walk to the beach is delightful and the amenities are 5-star quality – just as you would want for your Cozumel getaway! The hosts are wonderful people and go out of their way to make everything simply perfect. I look forward to returning every year to this beautiful oasis!

    We stayed at Casa Colorado in February and this place is absolutely amazing. Every room in this giant condo is extremely spacious, including the bathrooms. The upper balcony has nice views of the ocean, and the lower patio includes a large new Weber BBQ Grill. It is conveniently located only a few steps from the pool, hot tub, beach, pier, and ocean. Anything and everything you need for your Cozumel vacation is at Casa Colorado.

    Casa Colorado could not have been more perfect for my family. The beach is literally only 175’ from the front door and the pool is even less. Easy to get to town. Everyone was very friendly. Costa Del Sol is very private and we not only felt safe but very welcome throughout our stay. Do yourself a favor and try and catch the sunset every night on your trip the views from Costa Del Sol are epic. And if you are too lazy to walk to the beach try catching one from the 3rd floor patio. We shopped in town at the large grocery stores (Mega & Chedraui) and did a lot of our own cooking. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed for our stay. We’ll be back.

    Casa Colorado was truly a wonderful experience! I really enjoyed how private the beach and pool area was-it allowed me to relax and take in the beautiful view of the ocean. The space itself was very welcoming and clean. The host was really easy to work with and incredibly accommodating. I will be visiting Casa Colorado again in the future!

    Great house for large groups or a family! Beautiful home in a quiet, safe and well-kept community. You’re just steps away from the pool/beach/pier plus there are stunning balcony views of the ocean from the master suite. The house had plenty of space and every bedroom has its own bathroom. We will most definitely come and stay again.

    I was a little nervous traveling to Mexico for the first time but felt right at home when we arrived at Casa Colorado! The community was very clean and well kept. The security at the entrance and all of people we met in the community were so nice and very helpful. They were eager to give recommendations and send us places where we felt like locals. The owners of this property were also full of knowledge and very helpful. The house itself was very spacious and extremely clean! What a great experience!

    Casa Colorado was one of the best vacation homes that I have ever stayed in! The community is very private and safe with a beautiful pool and sandy beach area. The house is extremely spacious with large rooms and a full bathroom attached to each room. Everything was very clean and well kept. I could not ask for a better place to vacation with my family. Everything was perfect!
