The living room is spacious with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy watching cable TV or Blu-ray movies with stereo sound or enjoy a game or conversation at the high bar table and bar stools. The common area also includes a half bath.
The outdoor areas of this villa are the perfect spot for morning coffee or tea, to plan your day, or to reflect upon your day in the peace and serenity of nature. There are several private outdoor seating areas and a wooden swing set. Enjoy the natural beauty of the landscaping where butterflies abound and songbirds sing.
Guests of the villa can also relax on the private beach, at the pool and jacuzzi, or in sun loungers. Enjoy the view of the sea and access to the private pier and beach where the sunsets are especially beautiful.
The Ocean View Master Suite has private access to the terrace and an ocean view. The bedroom is ideal for a comforting rest in the king size bed and includes a night table, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, drawers, and a large closet. It also includes a private bathroom, cable TV and Netflix, Wi-Fi, and a mini refrigerator. The private terrace features fans, a grill, purified water, and a bar. The terrace has a shaded palapa and sun loungers to soak up the Caribbean sun.
The Jungle Garden Suite is located on the first floor and has a king size bed, night tables, lamps, a sofa next to the bed, and a bathtub and sink in the private bathroom. This comfortable and beautifully furnished room has its own entrance to the garden for complete privacy.
The third bedroom has a comfortable double bed (54” x 25”), a night table, sofa, vanity mirror, desk, a large closet, and a private bathroom.

We stayed at Villa Paradise in June 2020. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. The bedrooms are also spacious and beds were super comfortable. The house is fully furnished, so we did most of our cooking at home. Costa Del Sol housing complex is beautifully landscaped, beach and pool are amazing and there was good snorkeling right off the pier. Jasianna was an absolutely incredible host, making everything we asked for happen. Manicures/Pedicures/Massages/Hair Braids. Jasianna is the real deal!! Trustworthy and more importantly and wonderful person. Jasianna made our vacation something we will never forget. Thank you Jasianna!!

Jasiana’s room is located in the Costa Del Sol village and has its own beach and pier for boating activities a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. The room itself is spacious, very modern and spotless clean. Huge king size bed with comfy mattress and large walk in shower stall. Reliable AC and hot water. Located about 7 miles from Cozumel downtown and not a long drive to Ponte Sur and the largely deserted windward coast of Cozumel. Jasiana is very helpful with any needs and allows use of entire house including kitchen and she speaks perfect English. Be sure to rent a car. We found the drivers on Cozumel to be very safe and courteous . Great dining experiences all over Cozumel and friendly people everywhere.
