    We have stayed at two different properties of Jasianna’s multiple times: Cozumel Beach House and Villa Paradise, both in the Costa Del Sol community. After beginning our trips to Cozumel with all-inclusive resorts, hotels, and then condos, we found Cozumel Beach House and don’t want to go anywhere else. The Beach House is a beautiful 4 bedroom house, each with en-suite bathroom, with a large living room, dining area and kitchen, plus a huge veranda off the second floor master suite but also with independent access from downstairs. It is very comfortable and inviting, and steps from the pier and the pool. You can use a private sandy area in front of the house or the other sandy beach in front of the pool. Beach towels are provided so you don’t have to take up suitcase room bringing your own. The house is right on the water so you can enjoy an unobstructed view. We liked that it was near the beach and pool so it was easy to run back to the house for snacks, drinks, or bathroom breaks. While we don’t cook on vacation, the kitchen was well equipped and we loved the full sized refrigerator for drinks and snacks, and also the purified water container that had cold water to keep us hydrated. The Costa Del Sol community is about 10 to 15 minutes south of town so we always rent a car for ease of going to restaurants, around the island, or wherever. There is off street parking. However, taxis would also be an easy option and our son & daughter-in-law had no trouble getting a taxi from town. Also, the guards at the gate are very helpful…calling taxis, using a golf cart to help us haul luggage and groceries from the car to the villa, or selling us a bag of ice. Last but certainly not least is your hostess, Jasianna. She is fantastic! She has helped us with dinner deliveries, restaurant reservations & suggestions, general island questions, or whatever we needed. She is unobtrusive but very available if you need anything. For our most recent trip in September, we gave her a list of groceries we wanted in the house upon arrival (we were arriving a little later than normal so didn’t want to stop at the store on our way to the villa). It worked out great and really appreciated that service. We love staying at Jasianna’s properties and have recommended her to many friends who are visiting Cozumel. They too have raved about her and her houses. We know you will love it too!

    A serene place with amazing views. We enjoyed relaxing and taking family pictures on the dock. We cooked most of our meals so the kitchen is well stocked for this. We spent all our beach time at Chen rio beach, it’s only a 20-25 minute drive. The beach area is nice as well as the pool area but the beach here is best for snorkeling. Jaxiana was very accommodating and attentive to all our needs and was quick to respond. At one point we desperately needed thread, needle and clothes pins and Jaxiana had them delivered within 10 minutes, amazing service!

    Our group of seven divers stayed at Jasianna’s place for eleven nights and loved it. The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and there is a working propane grill that we used a few times. Jasianna’s attention to small details did not go unnoticed: good knives in the kitchen, pool towels are provided, books and movies to choose from (we found some 3-D glasses in a drawer which was entertaining), beach toys on hand, plenty of outdoor seating, air freshener spray in the bathrooms, plenty of five gallon water jugs on hand, ice was available at the front gate for 20 pesos. The upper deck was huge and there is a small private patio off the downstairs bedroom facing the ocean if you need a little quite time. We were picked up from the dock by our dive shop and rinse tanks are onsite. The pool and hot tub were clean and used daily. Maids come Wednesdays and Saturdays and do a great job. Jasianna stayed in contact with me and was always available if needed. We rented her vehicle a few days for exploring the island and getting groceries. The house is quite a ways from town so you will either need a vehicle or taxi to get there. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

    Fabulous 4 bedroom house 50 feet from the ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Three bedrooms are on the main floor, where there is a large kitchen with a table that seats at least 10, and a living room. Two of the downstairs bedrooms could be considered master bedrooms, especially the bedroom on the ocean side which has two separate exits to the beach and a small private patio for just that bedroom. Upstairs there is a very large outdoor patio with BBQ Grill, hammock, and tables that will seat at least 8; along with a huge master bedroom and huge master bath that occupies the space above two of the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The upstairs bedroom has a TV that does work – hit the home button on the remote and then select Netflix or Amazon Prime at the bottom of the screen to sign in and watch your shows.

    You can expect a beautiful home that is very clean with an amazing view of the ocean. Literally there is nothing between you and the ocean except sand. It’s truly amazing. I also really enjoyed all of the security guards on the premises. They were so very helpful and kind. I want to return to this piece of Paradise again.

    I’ll simply say since so many accurate descriptions have been written that all the wonderful reviews for Jasianna’s Cozumel Beach House are completely accurate. Having stayed on the island many times, I’m not sure how you’d find a better location (especially for divers with the boat pickup pier steps outside the front door) on the island. Jasianna’s hospitality and responsiveness regarding any issues that arise make Jasianna Jaxen Beach Villa a perfect choice. Additionally the property’s 24 hour security detail are very helpful for any additional needs such as transporting luggage.
